I wish if rotation feature contained fractional rotation

There are cases where images from camera or scanner is not aligned. if a rotational feature with a frational rotation, i.e. 0.5 degree or 0.75 degree as the case may be to eiter left or right can be added, it will be great add on to such camera and scanner hardwares even.
